ROLEPLAYING

Nowhere near as dodgy as it sounds, the kind of roleplay in which Michael indulges is strictly professional, usually involving assessment and development, leadership and management or communication skills training. He is also a highly skilled facilitator.

He holds a full, enhanced CRB certificate and is specially qualified to deliver end-of-life and cancer care skills training under the NHS's Connected scheme.

He has extensive experience across the public and private sectors, and satisfied clients include:

          The Home Office

          The Foreign & Commonwealth Office

The National Health Service (medical and management training)

          The BBC

          Arts Council England

Birmingham Medical School (including exams, GP recruitment and quality assurance)

Banks and financial institutions (including FSA-related competency assessments)

          Police forces

          Fire authorities

          Councils and local authorities

          Fast-Track teachers

          Retail organisations

As well as working as a freelancer through a number of roleplay agencies, Michael is also available for direct booking. Please email for more information.
